SHG Black Point FS-2000
The SHG Black Point FS-2000 (also known as S.H.G. Black Point) is a home video game console that was released in 1978 by Süddeutsche Elektro-Hausgeräte GmbH & Co. KG (SHG for short) and was only sold in Germany for 168 German Marks (DM).

This system is a typical example of consoles using cartridges based on various chipsets developed by General Instruments in the late 1970's. Each GI chip could generate multiple games, initially ball games and later car racing, motorcycles, submarines, tanks and shooting games.

The system features two detachable controllers, each with an analog joystick and fire button. The control panel consists of 10 buttons to select the different games offered by each cartridge (up to 10 games per cartridge). Difficulty switch, power switch and a start button are also present. There is also a difficulty switch, an on/off switch and a start button on the console housing.

The following games were available for this console:
-
Grand Prix
-
Motorcycle racing
-
Tank Battle
-
Naval War/Star Wars
-
1000 hit game
-
Skeet Shooting
-
Ten color electronic television games
-
Shooter game

It is noticeable that the game Tank Battle, based on the General Instruments AY-3-8710 chip, is absent from the available modules for this type of console. The reason is that all other games use analog controllers while Tank Battle tank game has to be played with digital controllers (directional keys). However, all of these video game systems were designed with analog controllers. However, some consoles, like the SHG Blackpoint FS-1003, offered optional digital controllers (pads with 5 buttons: direction and fire) along with the Tank Battle cartridge.

There is also some confusion regarding the name of the device. There are two models of the console: the FS-1003 and the FS-2000. Both models bear the name SHG Black Point. In addition, the two device types were also sold under other names such as Acetronic Tele-Sports IV (FS-2000) or Radofin Tele-Sports III (FS-1003).
